The difference on working and business visa

Basically both of visas are allowed you to work legally in Vietnam. However there is an element deciding that you are having “working” or “business” visa, which it is called sponsorship.  In reality, many people travel Vietnam to work as freelancer, businessman, private English teacher, etc. without being sponsored by a specific organization, company or agency. In this case, they can apply for business visa. Some are officially sponsored or get recruited with a labor contract by a company or organization, they are granted a working visa.
